At Lisa_Jane's, we ship all of our hand-made products to your doorstep.
All parcels are sent using Express Australia Post for a flat rate of $10(Australia only). FREE Delivery over $60.
We carefully package each product to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. If you have any questions about our shipping policies, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Lisa_Jane's. If for any reason you are not, we offer returns.
No refunds on earrings (unless faulty).
Most of the products on here are one of a kind so we do not offer exchanges.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Simply contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will provide a return shipping label. Once we receive your returned item, we will issue a refund. If you have any questions about our return policies, please don't hesitate to contact us.
